The unit has a wide view deck and large picture windows that allow you to see breathtaking views of the sunrise and cityscape. *DIY breakfast: coffee grounds, butter, bread, and fruit provided* The space ~70 sqm interior. ~30 sqm view deck. We do not have parking. There's a wide, well-equipped kitchen: full-sized fridge, microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, and toaster. Facing Northeast, the space is flooded with glorious morning light. Wake up to golden rays peeking through the mountains and enjoy a hot cup of coffee as the sky turns from a dark purple to a crisp sky blue. Have your morning musings and yoga sessions on the deck with chirping birds. Cloud watch on a lazy afternoon. Stare off into the city lights as cars pass by. Wake up to misty morning fog and if you're lucky, a sea of clouds. Hosts will not carry your luggage. HOW FAR FROM...? 5-min ride to Burnham Park sans heavy traffic. Accessible by GRAB, taxi, and jeep. LOCATION Dead-end of a narrow 80 meter driveway (1-minute walk) that connects to a steep main road. 15-20 minute walk to town center. Best for travelers who love to walk. NEIGHBORHOOD Dense. Nothing too unreasonable but those with low tolerance may not be a good fit. BOOKING REQUESTS All guests must confirm they've read and understood the full listing details and agree to follow the house rules. Guest access You will have the entire penthouse unit and view deck all to yourself. No curfew. You'll have your own key for the gate and climb two flights of side stairs. We appreciate quiet and mindful guests. Water tanks on your level may be accessed for maintenance checks. Other things to note NO PETS. NO SMOKING/E-CIGARETTES. NO UNREGISTERED OVERNIGHT GUESTS. NO DAY VISITORS. NO THIRD PARTY BOOKINGS. QUIET HOURS: 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM. BREAKFAST ITEMS For long stays, only provided for the first week SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS Beds and linens are prepared based on actual guest count. A spare linen set is available for stays beyond one week.
