The Spencer at Verona Beach

Sylvan-Verona Beach is the destination place to be in central New York. The Spencer is a comfortable 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment located on the relaxing south side of the bridge just walking distance over from Sylvan Beach and all the action ranging from not only a beautiful sandy beach, many family owned restaurants, a lovely carousel, the Lake House Casino, an old time amusement park and many shops. The State Park is just south in walking distance as well. The space This space was our home for 10 years while our tavern (Our Cause) was operating on the first floor. We closed the business 6 months before COVID to focus more on our other retirement career. We do hope our guests find the space as comfortable as we did. Guest access There are shuffleboard courts available on the back corner of the property for guest use. Other things to note Due to rental being on second floor we only accept guests 12 and over. Although the entrance is private it is on the narrow side street. Thank you.
