The Loft is a 2 bedroom apartment above 'The Whole Scoop' and you get FREE ice cream at check in during the months we are open! Along the banks of the confluence of the Mississippi & Illinois rivers, you can walk to many unique shops, wineries & restaurants. The water park is 1 mi. away & I offer a package with 1/2 price tickets! Our 5 star marina is a walk-able 5 blocks. Just 5 miles from Pere Marquette State Park you can dine, hike, rock climb and bike ride. You can ENJOY GRAFTON here! There are two bedrooms, a full kitchen, large living area, a balcony that overlooks Main St. and a back deck with a gas grill. Everything you need is provided! Linens, towels, coffee pot (coffee and creamer), cooking utensils, pots and pans and dishes. There is also a toaster, microwave, pizza pizzazz and a crock pot. There is FREE wifi, a DVD player, several books, games, movies and CD's. The entire apartment. I do not rent by the room. Check in at The Whole Scoop, so we'll meet right away. My husband is the Mayor of Grafton and we're often out and about on the weekends. We love surprising our guests with a drink or dessert when we see them out! I am located on the East end of town, right next to the only gas station in town and across the street from The Ruebel Hotel. Our little river town is very safe. You can walk to 90% of the destinations. You can pretty much walk everywhere in town, or bike. There are no Ubers, but Aeries Winery offers a shuttle that will pick you up at The Loft or anywhere you are in town as long as you have a drink up there-you don't want to miss this view of the Confluence and see St. Louis and on a clear day, the St. Louis Arch! In peak season they run from approximately 11-11. Drivers work on tips and there is no schedule, you just call them. From this location, you are also just 30 miles from St. Louis Lambert Airport and alI St. Louis has to offer. You can also cross The Grafton Ferry (May thru Mid-Nov.) into St. Charles.
