Our home is situated minutes from Ricketts Glen State Park, a park with 22 amazing waterfalls, a beautiful place to hike, boat, fish and swim at the beach on Lake Jean. We’re 15 minutes from the Dutchmans Falls entrance of Loyalsock Forest, Eagles Mere and Worlds End State Park. Just steps from Winterland Winery and Lopez Winery. Private driveway. The space Cozy 3 bedroom ranch, queen size bed in 2 of the bedrooms. Bunk bed in the 3rd. 1 full bath, fully equipped kitchen, private deck and fire pit. Mudroom with washer and dryer for added convenience. Guest access Guests have access to entire house (with exception of the basement) Other things to note • We've recently converted the garage into a game room with a ping pong table, air hockey table, a competitive arcade basketball game and 2 sit-on kayaks with paddles and life vests that our guests are welcome to use. •There is a smart TV in the main living space for internet use or casting (Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, etc) purposes •The plumbing is sensitive so please flush only toilet paper •Please do not put any food or grease down the sink (or toilet) •For the safety and security of our guests and the property, this home has security cameras located at the entrances
