Perfect for airport guests needing a place to rest for the night as well. We consistently get great reviews on how comfortable the bed is! The space Cute 3 bed/1 bath Seattle home with large and comfortable living room and dining area. Lots of windows and good sized front patio. Home will be shared with myself and other Airbnb guests, but living room and dining room will be shared exclusively by Airbnb guests only. Each bedroom has own individual keyed door lock. Shared TV in living room. Home was built in the 1940s and so while bathroom was recently remodeled, it is on the smaller side. Guest access Guest will have access to shared living room, dining area (with separate fridge exclusively for guest use), bathroom, kitchen, laundry, and front patio area. No access to backyard. Shared TV in living room. During your stay I will be available by phone at all times. Please feel free to reach out whenever! Other things to note ACCESS HOURS Please feel free to come and go any hour of the day/night during your stay. You will be able to access the home the first time with a manual lockbox, after you check into the room, you will have your own set of house keys that you can use during your stay. BEDROOM KEY Please return the bedroom keys to the bedroom door handle when checking out. $20 fee for lost bedroom key. QUIET HOURS - 10PM to 7AM The home is a shared space with other guests.
