If needed, there is an additional queen suite upstairs for a second additional couple for an additional fee. Maximum allowed is 4 adults. Due to the upscale furnishings, our insurance requirements and to assure your complete privacy, no children under the age of 18, no pets and no more than 4 adults are permitted in the home. The Space: Eagle's Perch offers a cozy gas log fireplace , Weber Grill, Keurig coffee maker with assorted organic coffees, full gourmet kitchen with upscale appliances and Caphalon cookware are just a few of the amenities included. Nourishment: Your reservation includes a complimentary International breakfast for two placed in your refrigerator for the first night's stay to include fresh eggs from our own organic hens, freshly baked bagels, fruit marmalade and the finest butters. A grill is available on the deck overlooking the lake. You may enjoy meals on your private screened porch with a 200 year old chestnut tree as your only companion or in your formal dining area. Cartersville and our new sports stadium are a 30 minute drive. From Birmingham, Alabama, we are 2 1/2 hour drive.
