Quiet and sea view of the harbor of Brest

Family vacation or a multi-week work assignment? Put your bags down in this family accommodation with stunning views of the Brest harbor (we enjoy the entrances and departures of the boats)! Location: city center (10 min), close to Naval Group (DCNS/arsenal), Thales, Ifremer, Technopôle. The first beaches and hikes are 10 minutes away. The space The apartment (T3) is alone on the 3rd floor of 4 in a small family condominium (5 apartments). It is very well maintained, bright and offers a magnificent view of the Brest harbor, from the living room, dining room and one bedroom. You can admire the boats sailing from your sofa! The windows are double glazed, they make the apartment very bright from morning to evening (south/south west exposure, crossing apartment). Good thermal insulation, solid glazed parquet in the living room and bedrooms, tiles in the other rooms. There is no direct view of neighboring properties. Baby equipment: highchair, folding crib with mattress (sheet and mattress protector) and bottle warmer (microwave also available).
