The space Comfortable , open and bright space, this house is great for a cozy night in, watching a movie and cooking a meal, or well located for adventures out. We are located very close to the downtown core (7 minute drive or 12 minute bus ride) where there are quaint shops, restaurants, waterfront, nightlife, City Hall, Wolf Island Ferry, Queen’s University, Leon’s center, and Kingston General Hospital. We are also closely located to the 401. Great care is taken to ensure your comfort. Your host is easily accessible and quick to respond. Guest access This house is private to you. You do not have access to the basement but no one else lives/stays there. There is an open concept kitchen and living room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and a back yard that are accessible to you. Other things to note Great Sushi is found at Sima Sushi. Good pizza and salads can be found at Woodenheads. Bring your skates for a fun night of skating at Springer Market square in winter months. In the summer, you can dive off of the Gord Downy Pier, which is beautiful. Wolf island offers great bike riding, waterfront dining, and a pristine beach. We are also located 45 minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park.
