Bird House at Aunt Karen's Farm
Bird House is located in the trees. Sitting on the expansive deck, our guests get a bird’s eye view to enjoy the woodland setting. Offering five bedrooms, two baths, and two living rooms, plus lots of games and books. Bird House is part of Aunt Karen’s Farm, a 160-acre campus providing both residency and educational programs for artists and environmentalists. Located midway between Cooperstown and Oneonta, Aunt Karen’s Farm provides a site for the cultivation of both earth and spirit. A tastefully decorated, spacious house with a rustic artist's vibe and midcentury flair, Birdhouse offers serene comfort and plenty of gathering spaces to lounge. Please note that Bird House has only one portable A/C unit located in the master bedroom. The rest of the bedrooms and common areas are not air-conditioned. Surrounding woods.
