You get your private locked room with room darkening curtains, blinds, towels, bed linens, mini fridge, huge closet, and a dresser. You and nurses staying in three other rooms share a kitchen, living-room, study, main floor laundry room, two bathrooms, and off-street parking spots. I saved the best for last.
