House of 200 square meters in a quiet location on Smögen but only 1 km to Smögenbryggan. Morning swim only a few hundred meters away. Large terrace with outdoor furniture and balcony facing south. All amenities are available. Sleeps 5 plus 2. Duvets and pillows are available but not sheets. Preferably whole weeks during high season. Do not rent out just the weekend during the Amaze Festival. No youth gangs. The tenant cleans and the house is left in the same condition as upon arrival. The space On the lower floor, there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining table, space for six people. Large living room with additional dining table and exit to large terrace with patios. Laundry room and a large bedroom with 2 beds. Shower and toilet. Large hall. On the upper floor, there is a large balcony and a small patio. Two bedrooms plus living room with TV. There is room for two extra beds for children. Toilet and shower. Guest access The whole house. Other things to note Don't rent out just days in the middle of a week that blocks the week in high season!
