Wonderful apartment with ocean views. You can't miss the spectacular sunset that this apartment offers from its terrace. It has: 2 bedrooms, 3 air conditioners, full kitchen, dining room, large living room, cable TV, wifi, up to 8 adults, 2 pools, 2 Jacuzzis, 2 splash pools, sun loungers, parasols. The space It has access to the beach, however, it is regularly in bad shape. It is better to go to Playa La Audiencia, which is only 10 minutes away by car. ADVANTAGES OF OUR APARTMENT: *The condo is located 3 blocks from the main boulevard (you will have easy access to any type of establishment). *Our pools, splash pools and jacuzzis are air-conditioned. In this area there are lounge chairs and umbrellas. *Inside the condominium there is laundry (if you require the service please mention it). POINTS TO CONSIDER: *The apartment is right on the beach, however the beach is not suitable for swimming. The waves are high and the ground is not flat. The beach is "choppy". There are no lounge chairs or umbrellas due to the same reason (we don't have this in the apartment either). *Located on the 1st floor, inside the condo there are elevators. *There is only 1 parking space for each apartment with the same numbering (there is another apartment with the same number and letter "A"), the allocation of the same will depend on the guest who arrives first. The street is very safe, so your car could stay in this area without any problem. *There is a safe, however it cannot be used. *We do not leave oil, salt, pepper, or chopsticks. Only kitchen utensils (pans, pots, plates, glasses, cups, glasses, knives, cutlery). *We also leave some dishwashing soap, as well as fiber to wash them. *We leave a towel for each of our guests, these are normal towels, (they are not beach towels), however they can be used in any area. *We leave sheets depending on the number of people who will be staying, in addition to what is on each bed. And 1 or 2 thin duvets (depending on the number of people). WE DO NOT HAVE BLANKETS OR COVERS. *We leave 2 rolls of toilet paper and a few hotel soaps. *The jug is regularly left empty (this is a hygiene measure to prevent COVID). *Hot water takes about 5 to 7 minutes to come out. It also takes the same time for the electric stove to heat up. *Sometimes the Wifi MAY FAIL. This is in the ENTIRE CONDOMINIUM due to its location. Likewise, telephony, especially TELCEL. *VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED, only our guests can stay in the condominium. Other things to note Inside the condo you will find a restaurant inside the pool area. It is a 5-minute walk to the main boulevard, so you will have easy access to casinos, bars, self-service stores, restaurants, pharmacy, etc. The area is very quiet so you can leave your car inside the parking lot or on the street.
