Host stays downstairs . off street parking. The space It's a 3br/3ba townhouse. We have two suites upstairs, both for rent. The owners live in downstairs independent and separated space. We only share stairway. You go upstairs to you room and we stay downstairs. We dont see each other at all for the best privacy. (You have limited access to the kitchen n living area) Your master suite is fully furnished with queen size bed. You have your own full bath and double sink area and mini refrigerator/microwave Guest access You are renting the master suite of a 3br/3ba townhouse, You have your own private full bathroom. You will share the home with the host and tenant of the other suite. You have access to the laundry in the garage but have limit access to living room n kitchen area. The pool /spa are in community club house, you need to follow HOA rules. You are responsible for any extra fee from HOA that caused by you. You will park off-street with residential parking stiker Other things to note For the 1/3 of utilities share as mentioned in house rules : Since most actual bills won't be received at least two weeks after your check out, we will just collection the estimated total amount of $130 per month based on our history bills.( Gas&electric $65, water $31 , trash fee $12 and wifi fee $23)
