The space • 15-minute walk to Rua Coberta; • 3-minute walk to Supper Rissul; • 8-minute walk to the center; • 5-minute walk to cafes and restaurants in the area. New and furnished apartment aimed at the practicality and comfort of guests. It has a kitchen equipped with a barbecue, refrigerator, stove with oven, microwave, blender, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle, as well as all necessary utensils for preparing meals. It has a small laundry area with a washer/dryer and an iron. It has a small toilet. Dining room and living room partially integrated with the kitchen and quite spacious, with a table for 8 people and a very comfortable sofa bed, which sleeps two people. The living room has a large TV and a small balcony facing Av. Borges de Medeiros. The two en-suites are spacious, with a queen-size bed and two extra beds for children. Both have closets. One suite overlooks Av. Borges de Medeiros, but in a quieter area with little movement. The other has a side view. The temperature of the rooms can be controlled through hot and cold air-conditioning, present in the living/dining room and in the two en-suites. . We offer in the accommodation: • 1 set of bed linens + blanket; • 1 bath towel per guest; • 1 face towel per guest; • 1 hair dryer; • liquid hand soap and toilet paper. Note: there is no room service or change of bed and bath linens. Guest access The apartment can be accessed by elevator or stairs. The guest has access from street level, entering through the building's lobby, or from the basement, where a parking space is available for use. In front of the building, because it is a quieter part of Av. Borges de Medeiros, there are often parking spaces on the street. Other things to note Check-in time is from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. For arrivals after this time (including early morning), an extra fee of R$ 100.00 is charged. Pets are not allowed. No parties and events are allowed in the apartment. Smoking is not allowed in the environment.
