The house offers privacy both inside and out - the windows were placed with maximum privacy in mind. It is located on a country lot close to services. The large deck and back patio are yours to enjoy. Guest access Why even consider a hotel, apartment or condo when you can have access to the whole guest house, a 300sf front deck with privacy fence and a back 6'x10' back patio to possibly get a glimpse of the neighborhood wildlife. The patio also give a great view of the veggie garden that will be planted this year. *Please note that the homeowner lives on site, in main residence, and will probably be present during your stay.* Your AirBnb rental includes the whole guest house itself, the 300sf front deck, and the back patio off the bedroom sliding. The main property can be admired but the rental does not include the use of the pool, spa or grounds (this area is under security surveillance). The owner lives on the property.
