The house was renovated in 2018, everything painted inside and all the furniture inspected. The house is in a very good location in Cabo Roig, at the end of the peninsula, where it is a short walk to the beach and the pedestrian street in the neighborhood, where there is a lot of human life every day and many good restaurants. Grocery stores, pharmacies, banks and more are within walking distance and there is also a market on Thursdays in the neighborhood. A very large shared pool garden with two pools is a common area that guests can access. The space You enter a spacious living room with a sofa set and a dining room, where there is also a good sofa bed for 2 guests. Air conditioning and air fan are in the living room, in the living room there is a smart TV with numerous TV stations and among others RÚV, WiFi internet is in the house and bluetooth speaker. From the living room you can walk directly out onto the large terrace in front of the house, where there is a large table, chairs, sofa and 4 sun loungers and a great place to eat outside and enjoy the mild weather. Kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, sandwich grill, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and all the main cooking utensils. The tableware in the house is for 8 people and there is also a high chair for a child. Outside the kitchen is a small covered area with a washing machine and a gas grill. The bedroom on the 1st floor has two new 80×200 single beds that can also be put together as a double bed, air conditioning, a fan in the ceiling and a good wardrobe. Family room is on the 2nd floor with double bed, air conditioning, good closets and from that room is an extra room with two new 90×200 single beds and there is also air conditioning. From the master bedroom there is an entrance to the bathroom with a shower. There is also a nice balcony outside the double room. There are beds in the house to use in the spring and autumn, there is also a baby travel cot. On the 1st floor there is a spacious bathroom with a toilet, sink and bathtub with good shower facilities. On the 2nd floor there is a smaller bathroom inside the double room with a toilet, sink and shower. Bath towels for each guest, i.e. one large and one small, are included in each rental, but guests are asked to bring their own towels for sunbathing and to take down to the beach. There's a hairdryer in the house. On the second floor there is a balcony from the bedroom. From the patio in front of the house, you can go over to the shared pool garden. There are 2 swimming pools, showers and plenty of room for sun loungers.
