The space Soak up the sun by the newly installed pool or spend time on the home's large private dock that sits on a freshwater lake. Home includes pool toys/loungers as well as a row boat to take out on the lake for your enjoyment. The whole family will enjoy spotting turtles and fish on the dock (food is provided to make seeing them easier!) First floor bedroom includes a queen bed and full bath The second floor features 2 guest bedrooms and one master bedroom. The guest bedrooms include one bedroom with a queen bed and one bedroom with a trundle bunk bed. Both of these bedrooms have a private sink attached; shower/tub & toilet are shared between these two bedrooms. The second floor Master bedroom has a spacious walk-out balcony with rocking chairs and couch for seating. It features a king bed, walk-in closet, and luxurious adjoining bathroom with double sinks, a freestanding tub, and walk-in shower. **Please note: pool is not heated May-September. Guest access Guests will have access to entire home with fenced backyard, private dock & master balcony overlooking the lake. Other things to note ● Pool & Spa Heating - $40 per day *Need 48-hour advanced notice, must be paid prior to arrival. Pool heating is available October 1 - April 30. ● Pool is available for use at own discretion. Owners are not responsible for any accidents. ● No pet or smoking policy ● Must be 25+ in order to book. ● NO PARTIES - all visitors must be listed on reservation and by name on rental contract. No unregistered guests may be on the premises without prior approval.  ● Quiet hours after 10PM are strictly enforced to ensure that neighbors are able to enjoy their homes without disturbance. ● Full acceptance of the landlord's Rental Contract required within three days of booking acceptance.
