La Peyroulière Gîtes – Gîte Pigeonnier

In an old notary's house "Maison en pierre" and its outbuildings, two well-equipped Gîtes were accommodated. Our 12000m² estate is located in the "Quercy Blanc" department of Tarn et Garonne, on a hill with beautiful views and features a swimming pool of 11.5m x 5.0m, a beautiful garden, a separate meadow for horses, a barn and a historic chapel. We welcome anyone who is looking for rural tranquility, authenticity, freedom and wants to enjoy beautiful nature. The space In the pigeonnier and its outbuildings, a second, smaller gîte (max 4 pers) is housed. You enter the living room with an open kitchen. The living room has a round dining table and a cozy armchair. The open kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. On the ground floor, there is a first bedroom in the lower room of the pigeonnier with a masonry arch and an authentic medieval door. This room has two single beds. Possibility to add a crib. Also on the ground floor are a separate toilet and a bathroom with shower and sink. Through a staircase, you come to the second bedroom where there are two single beds. The beds of both rooms can be arranged against each other or separately if desired. This gîte has a first separate terrace with plenty of privacy for breakfast or dinner. A second terrace is provided by the swimming pool. Guest access The terrace, which is higher than the lower pool, offers plenty of space and is shaded by two plane trees which provide natural cooling. The swimming pool with Roman steps measures 11 by 5.5m and is paved all around so that enough sun loungers and parasols can be placed. There is also an outdoor shower.
