La Peyroulière Gîtes – Gîte Pigeonnier

In an old notary's house "Maison en pierre" and its outbuildings, two well-equipped Gîtes were accommodated. Our 12000m² domain is located in the "Quercy Blanc" department of Tarn et Garonne, on a hill with beautiful views and is equipped with a swimming pool of 11.5m x 5.0m, a beautiful garden, a separate meadow for horses, a barn and a historic chapel. If you are looking for rural tranquility, authenticity, freedom and enjoy a beautiful nature, we are happy to welcome you. The space In the pigeonier and its outbuildings, a second, smaller gîte (max 4 pers) is accommodated. You enter the living room with an open kitchen. A round dining table and a cozy armchair are provided in the living area. The open kitchen has a stove, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. On the ground floor there is a first bedroom in the downstairs area of the pigeonnier- with bricked arcade vault and an authentic medieval door. There are twin beds in this room. Possibility of adding crib. Further on the ground floor there is a separate toilet and a bathroom with a shower and a sink. Through a staircase you come to the second bedroom where there are two single beds. The beds of both rooms can be arranged against each other or separately if desired. At this gîte there is a first separate terrace with plenty of privacy for breakfast or evening lunch. A second terrace is provided at the swimming pool. Guest access The terrace, which is located higher than the lower swimming pool, offers plenty of space and is shaded by two plane trees which provide natural cooling. The pool with Roman stairs measures 11 by 5.5m and is paved all around so that sufficient sun loungers and parasols can be placed. There is an outdoor shower as well.
