The space The accommodation is located on the ground floor of the Villa, facing the garden and swimming pool surrounded by greenery and tranquility, enjoying the right privacy as it is surrounded by a dense hedge, all on a plot of land of over 3000 square meters. The swimming pool and patio are part of the entire complex where our home and another apartment on the ground floor are also located, therefore they are shared with any other guests present, while the tables for dining outside are exclusive for single accommodation. The apartment is functionally furnished to accommodate travelers from all over the world. In one of the two rooms, there is the possibility of separating the beds, while in the other there is a crib available to guests who have small children. Every room has the right level of privacy, whether you're a big family or a group of friends. The sofa in the kitchen, if necessary, can become a double bed for two people. It could happen that during the year we organize culinary events in the garden, if our guests are present it is clear that they will be welcome, they can join us after registering for the event to have fun and eat! The reasonable price makes it ideal whether you are a family or individual travelers. Guest access In addition to the house, guests can take advantage of the large garden and the outdoor (heated) swimming pool in the summer, with a whirlpool by the pool in the relaxation area: From May 1 to September 30 (even before or after, it always depends on the season). Available from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. Other things to note Just 2.5 km away, also reachable on foot or by bike, is the town of Conegliano with about 30,000 inhabitants, full of shops, restaurants, pizzerias and shopping centers, as well as a beautiful historic center. Also in Conegliano there is the train station that allows you to reach Venice in less than an hour, directly in the lagoon, and Cortina in less than 2 hours, to admire its majestic beauty. There are natural paths for long walks or bike rides through fields and vineyards, reaching the Revine lakes. Then for those who are passionate about prosecco, there are many wineries between Conegliano, San Pietro di Feletto and Valdobiadene, which are about 30 minutes away by car. For those traveling by car, you can reach Lake Santa Croce in 30 minutes., Cagliaron Caves 30 min. Mulinetto della Croda in 15 min. Lake Misurina in 1.5 hours.
