You'll have everything you need in this home away from home The space This newly remodeled basement suite offers 900 square feet of stylish design with a mid-century modern undercurrent. You'll have your own private, outside entrance with a key code generated just for your stay. The extra fun highlighted in this space is a fantastic poker table with comfortable, fun orange chairs to keep you playing as long as you desire. The living room offers a comfy couch that easily pulls out into a bed big enough for 2! The space is decorated stylishly with bold colors, geometric shapes to make your stay fun and inviting. There is a large 55" Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and other Smart TV options. The couch bed is incredibly comfortable, especially when using the provided memory foam topper. You will be provided with sheets, blankets and pillows to easily make the couch up into a full size, comfortable bed for a restful night's sleep if you need more sleeping space than the bedrooms provide. Our fully furnished bedrooms each feature high quality queen beds and a flat-screen Smart TV with Netflix, YouTube, Hulu and other Smart TV options. The beds have brand new mattresses from Denver Mattress with a mattress protector and fresh, clean sheets, just for you, topped with a down alternative comforter with a duvet cover and plenty of fluffy pillows. The kitchen features custom epoxy counter tops, oversize sink, full size refrigerator with ice and water dispenser on the door, a dishwasher, microwave and full stove with oven. There is a coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker and plenty of premium coffee, creamer and sweetener, along with tea and possibly more! The kitchen is fully furnished with all you could need; service for 6, plus plastic for the little ones, pots, pans, bowls and storage containers. Even wine glasses! Paper towels, dishwashing and dishwasher soap will be provided. You'll have a toaster and blender as well. The kitchen will also be stocked with bottled water and various snacks. The kitchen island provides seating for 4. The bathroom provides all you need! There is a custom slate steam shower and is always stocked with basic necessities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner and even lotion. We installed a 2nd hot water heater, specifically with guests in mind, so there is plenty of hot water for all! There is even a hair dryer at your disposal. We'll have plenty of clean, fluffy towels and washcloths ready for your specific number of guests! We've thought of virtually everything to make your stay comfortable so you can come and relax after a long day of travel, work or play. Guest access The whole basement apartment is for you! You have full access and use of the patio and the apartment. The door to the mechanical room and closet with the water main are locked. There is a staircase behind another locked door, which leads to the main house, however there is no access and the door at the top of the stairs is keyed locked to ensure guest and homeowner privacy and safety. Other things to note A family lives upstairs! They have kids and a dog. If you are a light sleeper or bothered by noises, this might not be the place for you. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited and will result in additional cleaning fees at a minimum of $250. Smoking outside is acceptable. Cigarettes or 420 ok. 3 guests are included in the base price. Each additional guest incurs a $15 per person, per night charge. All guests must be included on the reservation prior to arrival. Any guests not listed on the reservation are considered trespassing. Should guests not on the reservation wish to stay at the property, it will be at the sole discretion of management, and if approved to stay, these additional guests will be charged at double the normal extra guest rate. If you are staying 5 nights or longer and would like a fresh set of sheets, towels, or anything else, just let us know! This does not apply to mid or long term stays.
