Dusty Boots Ranch is located on 8 acres. This entire home will suite all of your vacation needs. Parking is abundant-plenty of room for an RV, toys, and multiple vehicles. Two bedrooms, full bathroom, luxury linens, free washer and dryer and beautiful views. A fully equipped kitchen is available with all of the cooking essentials including a Keurig coffee maker w/coffee and hot cocoa. The space Enjoy our barndominium style home with beautiful farm field views. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need including a microwave, stove/oven, toaster, full sized fridge/freezer, cooking utensils and pots/pans, silverware and dinnerware, and much much more. Enjoy dinner at the large dining table (seating for 6). Bedroom #1 Queen bed, outdoorsman room. Bedroom #2 King bed, western room. Both are stocked with luxury linens and pillows. The bed sets are Amish made log-style with matching end tables and dresser. Extra pillows and blankets are available in the home as well. The bathroom has a walk in tile shower stocked with shampoo/conditioner and body wash. A large walk-in closet/Laundry Room is located in the back of the bathroom where there is a full sized washer and dryer available for the guests to use. Relax on the large, super comfortable reclining sectional in the living room while enjoying a movie and popcorn and warm up in front of the electric fireplace. After experiencing and discovering all that this wonderful town of Cherryvale has to offer, wind down and enjoy the quietness of the country. Guest access This home will be the perfect getaway for hunters and fisherman. There is plenty of space to park your truck, trailers, and boats. We are 5 miles away from Big Hill Lake and 17 miles from Elk City Lake. Other things to note Cherryvale is a small community but there is a local grocery store and Dollar General a few minutes away if you need any essentials. Pets: We do allow pets but please note there is a $50 charge at checkout when pet is listed. The 3 car garage is now framed into a one car garage for guests use. The other side is a private office with no access to guests.
