This house has been completely beautifully remodeled and restored with midcentury modern inspired decor. The kitchen is completely new from the flooring to the cabinets to the lights! Located in Northern Provo, it is nestled between BYU and UVU, and is a short 20 minute drive to the Sundance resort. Very close to movie theaters, malls, and restaurants. Private house all to yourself! Perfect for families and small groups. Covered 1 car carport that leads right to the entrance. There are 3 bedrooms and a large living room with a great TV with a Blu-Ray player and a Roku. The kitchen has been completely renovated and replaced, so it is all brand new and beautiful! We are close to shopping and restaurants, but the neighborhood itself is very quiet and full of families. All linens and utilities included, including fiber optic gigabit wifi. We prefer longer term stays, but will accept shorter bookings that are last minute or near other bookings. Carport, 3 bedrooms, living room, 1.5 bathrooms, kitchen, and washer/dryer are all for your personal use during your stay. There is a half flight of stairs between the ground floor and the bedrooms upstairs, and 2 small steps up from the carport into the house. We live on the property, so we're here if you need us, but will otherwise give you complete privacy. We've lived in this neighborhood for nearly 10 years and have raised our children here. We love it! It is a bit of an older neighborhood, and many of the houses were built in the 50s, 60s, and 70s, which gives the street a dated feel, but adds to the charm! We are located in Northern Provo. Having your own car, or using Uber/Lyft are your best bets for getting around. However, there is UVX which is a free public bus/shuttle that is new and connects downtown Provo to Utah Valley University in Orem. There is a bus stop for UVX within walking distance of this house (appx. 20 minutes). Please keep in mind that this unit is right above a basement apartment/Airbnb unit. And the wood floors, while beautiful, are a bit creaky, and the sound transfers downstairs. Please be respectful of our other guests and observe quiet hours between 10:30 pm and 8:00 am. The basement unit has its own entrance so both spaces are completely private.
