Tranquil Lakefront Cottage

Relax and enjoy time on the water in this 2 bedroom 1 bathroom lakefront cottage. The space Kayak, canoe and paddle board available for use (rules apply). Kitchen and onsite laundry available as well as WiFi and TV with streaming services including netflix and amazon prime, also equipped to play DVD/blue ray. Several restaurants nearby. Closest grocery store 15 minutes by car. 5 minute walk to a beautiful county park with hiking trails and benches along the waterfront. Guest access Guests will have full use of all areas of the house except for the master closet and guest closet which will be locked to allow for storage of the host's belongings. Of note, this house is a primary residence for the host when not being rented and as such the fridge door and freezer will not be completely empty and the house will be decorated with the host's artwork and other personal items. Please be respectful of these items, thanks! Other things to note Please do NOT jump off the end of the dock. The shoreline is shallow until about 20 feet past the end of the dock. The lake is divided into Friess Lake and Little Friess Lake. Motorized boats are allowed on Friess Lake but Little Friess is no wake and to be enjoyed with small fishing boats, kayaks and canoes. Friess Lake is also no wake from sunset to sunrise. There's public access to Friess Lake at Wally and Bee's if you have a motorized boat you'd like to use (fees may apply, inquire directly with Wally and Bee's). For smaller boats, there is access at the Little Friess boat launch on the right just after pulling into the neighborhood. Little Friess boat launch address is 1550 Lake Drive, Hubertus, WI 53033. There are 5 parking spots for vehicles with trailers and 5 parking spots for vehicles. There is a launching fee of $5.00 a day or $25.00 for an annual pass. Annual passes are available for purchase at Village Hall.  Please do your own research and follow all rules regarding fishing in and bringing boats into Friess Lake.
