The space This home is located in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We purchased this property to escape some of the dreariest days of winter in Seattle. We love the desert and visit often. It's a great space for the family, or for a couples' retreat. There are 4 bedrooms: Bedroom1: king bed with en-suite bathroom Bedroom2: queen bed with closet, dresser, and TV Bedroom3: queen bed with walk in closet, dresser, and TV Bedroom4: bunk bed (single/double) with walk in closet, dresser, and some toys for the kids Play billiards in the front room. A fully stocked kitchen makes it easy to stay in, cook or BBQ, and enjoy a nice glass of wine. All new furnishings for your comfort. Outside, enjoy the newly renovated backyard retreat. Take a dip in the pool, practice putting or just relax on the patio watching the hot air balloons float by. In the evening the backyard lighting creates a chill atmosphere to enjoy warm desert nights. **Entertainment** There are 4 smart TVs in the house, which are connected to wifi. Guests can log into their own accounts for Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney +, and all other current streaming platforms. A receiver is available to connect for streaming music to speakers around the home and outside. **Swimming Pool** -->For safety all glass doors have elevated locks and automatically close. -->IMPORTANT NOTE: The pool is not fenced, so therefore may not be suitable for young children. All children/non swimmers must be supervised at all times. Book with care as property owners are not liable for pool injuries. -->Pool can be optionally heated for a fee, paid pre-trip. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Guest access Guests will access the home by use of a keypad on the front door. All areas of the home are accessible except for the garage. There is ample parking in the driveway. Other things to note *Pool maintenance occurs each Wednesday morning between 7-8am. They will enter the backyard through the side gate. Please do not access any pool equipment. *In between pool cleanings, feel free to use the pool skimmer net to clear the pool surface of leaves * Trash pickup is on Monday mornings. If your stay includes a Monday, please set both the trash and recycling bins out by the curb on Sunday night, and pull them in by Monday evening. *A recycling bin is provided in a pull out cabinet in the kitchen for your convenience.
