Coastal GEM with SEA VIEW

If you want a perfect coastal stay and want to experience WOW sunsets, then my gorgeous apartment is the perfect option to stay and is situated only one street back from the beach A 2 bed apartment, balcony with sea views and I’m offering THE GUEST BEDROOM & GUEST BATHROOM within my modern home that is SHARED WITH ME & is a stone’s throw from some of Perth's best beaches including surf beaches & metres away from a funky beachside café/shopping strip along with a wine bar. The space My apartment is situated on the top floor of an architecturally designed 3 storey building offering dreamy sunsets from my balcony which has a sea view and only one street back from the beach. There is lift access and stairs and is a fully secure building. It is a fully furnished with a touch of class when you walk through the door, and is fully equipped for your use to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The guest bedroom has a chest of drawers, built in robe, a large lamp along with a mirror and has a super comfortable queen size bed with one side table . Block out blinds installed. In the living room you will find a comfy L- Shaped couch, a smart TV offering you Netflix, Binge and Amazon Prime and books and some board games for your enjoyment. The kitchen has Miele appliances, induction cooking, a dishwasher, fridge, microwave, wine fridge and it is fully equipped! There is a dining table with 4 chairs in the modern open plan kitchen/dining/living area which flows out to a private entertainer’s balcony. The balcony has sea views and is equipped with BBQ facilities, an outdoor dining table with chairs and an incredible Balinese daybed so why not sit outside and watch the sunset whilst you kick back sipping on a delicious glass of wine with a cheese platter. There is ducted reverse cycle heating/cooling throughout the apartment. There is a laundry in my apartment which provides a washer/dryer for your convenience and a clothes line on ground level should you need, although a clothes horse is provided out on the balcony for convenience. Guest access Make yourself at home in my stunning apartment which you will share with me. There are 3 visitor car parking bays at the rear of the development which you will have access to to park your car, as well as free street parking in the evening at the front of the building. The building has a secure entrance. There is an inside clothes line on the ground level. Other things to note My apartment is not set up or available for babies or children.
