Private, fenced in yard with table, chairs, umbrella, and grill. The enclosed porch is an ideal place to relax with a good book or have pre-dinner cocktails. Rocco’s Retreat was built in 1920 and is one of the few original cottages left in the Silver Sands beach community. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed. Bedroom 2 offers a full bed. Bedroom 3 offers bunk beds, and is ideal for children. The cottage has ceiling fans in all rooms. During the summer months a window air conditioner is installed which cools the entire cottage, although the new windows give guests access to wonderful sea breezes! Cute, comfortable, and unpretentious inside and out and with access to one of the most desirable beaches in Milford, Rocco’s Retreat is a great place to create new family memories.
