Available year round. Perfect for a family get away or for hunters and fishermen. Full kitchen, 2 tables set up for eating. Large carport for parking under or sitting under if it is raining, you don't have to be trapped inside. Enclosed porch that looks out over the Great Mississippi River. Every sunset is beautiful!! Seating outside, firepit (bring your own firewood), swingset and sandbox for little ones. Also has your very own bar & TV. FYI. Property is by the rail road tracks. The space Plenty of room to run or just sit back and watch the sun set. In the fall if water levels are up, duck hunters can launch boat from property. In the winter, ice fisherman can walk right onto the ice. Guest access There is a few places you can enjoy on the property. Private seating behind the garage/bar. And still enjoy the Mississippi River or the fire pit. Front enclosed porch is also set up for eating and chatting or playing a game if weather is not cooperative. Other things to note This property is within walking distance of Kwik Trip, The Thirsty Turtle and Rocky's Supper Club. Safety heads up - there are railroad tracks very close by. Hit and miss, some days are busier on the railway than other days. ***Please be cautious when you bring children or pets on the property. Be safe.
