The space There are three bedrooms at your complete disposal with a bathroom, kitchen, and living room that were all just recently remodeled. The kitchen and living room have brand new hardwood floors, updated cabinetry, backsplash, and granite countertops. The kitchen is replete with every type of cooking or baking utensil or tool you could possibly need. You will not feel without in this kitchen. The outside is fenced and gated with three beautiful garden beds surrounding the backyard. The backyard is shared with a 'mother-in-law' suite that is also used as an Airbnb. Other things to note Pet FEE: $15 per day per pet. This house is a duplex-style unit. There are no shared spaces other than the backyard.
