Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are a one-floor house with an area of 135m2. We have 3 bedroom to share and 2 bathroom and lovely backyard to enjoy. Our place is located at Austinville residential site, Malang. 30 minutes go up if you wanna go to the Batu. 8 minutes to Nara cafe, one of esthetic coffee shop at Malang. Just 2 minutes to elpico park & elpico mall, and 7 minutes to center of Malang city. Reach our IG at username : austinville.bnb16 The space We provide some of you need, such as: - Towel, soap & shampoo - Water for drink - Gas stove - Utensils - Cutlery - Refrigerator - Small rice cooker - Microwave - Hairdryer - iron - Etc. One floor lovely house with minimalist interior with unfinished backyard exterior. The house fits for 6-10 people. Our unit comes with many windows, it gives a nice atmosphere and a lot of daylight, and also backyard with tree pot as centre point with unfinished style for wall and concrete chair. Also we have outdoor dining area beside the backyard. You can also chill in the frontyard area in the concrete chair that powered by led lamp in the night. - Bedroom 1 with grey wall fit 2-3 people with 1 queen size bed (160x200) , clothes wall mount and hangers, Air-Conditioner, table & chair for dedicated workspace and couch for chillin. - Bedroom 2 aka master bed room with private bathroom, fit 3-4 people with 1 Slumberland king size bed (180x200) with bed side table, a fulll-body mirror, clothes rack and hangers, Air-Conditioner, table and chair for dedicated workspace. This private bathroom also have hot water, wastafel & round mirror. - Bedroom 3 aka bunkbed room with green wall maybe suitable for children but also some grownups. We have bunkbed (90x200) with extra bed (90x200) fit for 3 people, clothes wall mount & hangers. - Front living room with 2-seater chair to relax and industrial side table. - Living room with 3-seater chair, carpet and industrial red drawer behind 3-seater. 39" Smart TV so you can watch netflix or your favorite YouTube channel or just browsing on the internet, various TV channel, and high-speed WiFi. Also we have one stop entertainment for watching some famous HD-movie in AC Ryan playon. I bet you'll enjoy the movie. And last thing, we provide you a google nest for enjoying some music. - 1 bathroom beside the living room, provide hot water, wastafel & round mirror. - Built-in dining area and kitchen. We provide some equipment for making breakfast, stove, gas, plates, forks, spoons, kitchen utensils, refrigerator, water dispenser, rice cooker, microwave, etc. Guest access -Guest can access all of the part of the house except the storage cabinet under the kitchen sink. -Only 3 guest can access the stair in the backyard, and be careful we think it's not safe for children. Grownups only. We still progress to build some railway fence in top of it. -We'll borrow you an access card to go in/outside residential gate. Try not to lose it, it will be cost 100k IDR as compensation if you lose it. Other things to note -NOTE : We don't provide any daily cleaning. Please take care & clean the house by yourself.
