Family Vacation: Modern Villa located in Cap Cana - with private pool, close to Beach and Golf Course. Located in the Green Village neighborhood, within close proximity to the Commercial Plaza. Fully equipped kitchen. Pool is fitted with Solar heating system, increasing temperature by 3-5 degrees for added comfort. The space The house has ample social areas with a fully equipped kitchen. Air conditioning is available in the rooms. Private swimming pool (climatized) and a backyard with great lawn space. Other things to note For stays of 28 days or longer, electricity consumption/bill to be fully covered by guest. The 3 Bedrooms are furnished with Air Conditioning Units. For conservation and sustainability guests are asked to optimize air conditioning use, e.g. use for night sleep and turn off during the day. For shorter stays (<28 days) electricity may be charged to guest at consumption greater than 40 kwh per day. Please note smoking is not allowed inside the house. You can do so, with safety precautions, in our comfortable outdoors areas. (Cigarettes, Cigars, Vapes, others)
