Driftwood Cottage (Hot Tub, King Bed, Pets Ok)

Welcome to Driftwood Cottage at Seaside on the Oregon Coast, a remodeled 1950's beach house with modern amenities, interior finishes and original art by host and family! Driftwood Cottage invites you to come and enjoy everything that makes Seaside so unique. Four blocks from the Promenade (Prom) with direct access to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the Market, Billy Mac's, or Osprey Cafe, 15 minute walk to the Cove and less than 15 minute walk to Tillamook Head or Downtown Seaside. The space Room for six adults with two queen beds and one king. The two queen bedrooms upstairs both have ample closet space. One of the rooms offers a working space with available extra monitor (there is high speed wifi). Both rooms share a large bathroom with full size tub and shower. The upstairs also includes a large living room with expansive windows (tons of natural light), gas fireplace, smart TV and table and chairs for games/puzzles. As well as fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder, electric tea kettle, cookware (pots/pans), oils & spices! Downstairs is the bonus room with King bed and its own full bathroom with shower and washer/dryer. There is also a working area downstairs with available sit/stand desk. The room features large sliding glass doors that open to the driveway as well as direct access to the backyard. The backyard is fully fenced and 4-6 person hot tub! Large shed contains soft top surfboard, boogie board, beach toys & beach chairs for guest use. Front yard is also fully fenced as long as driveway gate is closed, however this is only an option for renters with one car as the gates cannot close with two cars in the driveway. There is a RING camera at the front door and one at the side driveway for security. Both front and backyards feature patio decks with lounge chairs. Driftwood Cottage is family and dog friendly. There is a high chair available, as well as some toys/books. Up to two 60lb dogs are allowed, please be sure to disclose before booking. There is a non-refundable $50 pet fee. There should be plenty of bath and beach towels and blankets for your stay. Guest access Guests have access to entire house, yard, hot tub & large backyard shed. There is a second smaller shed in the backyard that is for owners use only. Other things to note Only two cars allowed TOTAL per rental. The driveway only fits two cars and street parking is not allowed on Edgewood St for guests. Please note this is a quiet residential street. No loud noises/music after 10pm or parties at any time will be tolerated. If you are bringing a dog(s) please do not leave them in the yard unattended or in the home unattended if they are prone to barking or not completely house trained. Please be sure to clean up after them - there is a pooper scooper and trash can in the backyard as well as poop bags for neighborhood walks. NO SMOKING PERMITTED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. There is no AC, but this is rarely needed in the summer. There are ceiling fans in all rooms. In the winter the gas fireplace can be utilized for heat or the central heat thermostat.
