Just 5 minutes drive from the stunning Saunton Beach and only 500m from the Tarka Trail. With modern amenities, designated parking space & lovely rear decked garden. The space The house itself is a light and airy beautiful 3 bedroomed modern house, that sleeps up to 6 (2 doubles and 1 bunk bed bedroom - manufactured to take an adult weight, although top bunk is more suitable for a child -manufacturer recommends age 6+). Recently completely redecorated and refurnished, dinning table comfortably seats 6, guests can relax in the comfortable living room after a busy day on the coast. The garden is decked and is very private - there is a garden table and benches, charcoal BBQ (charcoal not supplied or included in cleaning ) There is a washing line. Side garden gate. Free communal parking within the Close. Additional parking should you need it is available in the village car park -which is very reasonable at about £6 all day and free overnight from 6pm - 0900am; hourly payment varies from 30p-90p an hour. Free on street parking around the village is also available. Guest access Within 3 miles of the beach. Excellent bus and cycle links. Regular buses along the coastal road to Saunton/Croyde/Barnstaple & Woolacombe. Taxis are also available. Braunton has bike hire and is on the bike route with the Tarka Trail, which gives access to many miles of beautiful safe bike track along the Taw river estuary to Barnstaple , Instow and Bideford then onto Torrington.
