The space I'm a local Nashville girl who has traveled to over 30 countries and has lived in big cities and small towns and finally made it home to be closer to family and buy my first house. This is my dream home and I'm thrilled to share her with you! "Jolene" is named for Dolly Parton's famous ballad (and my favorite song), recorded May 22, 1973 - right down the road at famous RCA Studio B. We are perfect for 4 couples - with a private bathroom for each bedroom. We are great for multigenerational families, as the upstairs bedroom has lots of beds for cousins to have slumber parties (please note the stairs are very steep and best suited to school aged children and older). The rest of the home is all one story, with 2 primary suites and an additional bedroom and full bath for other guests - great for grandma and grandpa and mom and Dad. And large groups love us, with 4 queen beds, and 2 twins - plus 2 sofa sleepers. Our home features furniture purchased from set of the show Nashville on CMT! Have a glass of champagne on our couch where Rayna James and Juliette Barnes did! Walk to Vanderbilt and Belmont campus safely and easily for parents weekend, move in, graduation and homecoming. Only 2 miles from the heart of the downtown honky tonks. The 4th bedroom, "Lil Jo," has its own private entry and kitchenette (perfect for a little extra privacy in a big group!) (*Please note - per Nashville codes, strict adherence to a 10 adults maximum cap may be on property at once. While "Lil Jo" has a separate listing, when the full home is rented out "Lil Jo" will be included as the 4th bedroom for your stay and there will be no separate Short Term Rental visitor on property when you are, per Nashville codes. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in cancelation of your stay and revoking of your security deposit. We are fun AND fully legal at Jolene, y'all! :)) Guest access -You have access to everything in the house, except our private marked closets. -4 houses down you will find Edgehill Village, filled with coffee shops, restaurants, bars and more! - WALK TO VANDY AND BELMONT for Graduation, Homecoming, parents weekend and more! Fit all the kids and grandma and grandpa too! ;) - Call an Uber and in minutes you'll be downtown or the Gulch for a concert, sporting event, honky tonks or dinner reservation. - Call an Uber and in minutes you'll be at the world famous Bluebird Cafe, home to Nashville's songwriting community. (note - please read how to obtain tickets before your arrival if interested in the Bluebird. Reservations required) - The adjoining blocks contain historic Music Row. Walk to catch a tour at Studio B, where Dolly Parton recorded "Jolene" and Elvis sang many of his top hits. - Local Nashvillian Reece Witherspoon's flagship Drapper James store is in the adjoining neighborhood of 12 South. I often see stars from the show Nashville at Bar Taco. -TONS of outdoor living! Other things to note This is my full-time home when it's not being used as a rental property. As such, I do keep personal items in the home while you are there. The closets not for use will be clearly marked. Treat my home like you would treat yours :). Because it's my full time home the kitchen will be fully stocked with coffee/tea/light breakfast items, condiments, and spices for cooking and other kitchen needs. So, cooking and living in Jolene as though she was your own is a breeze! My neighbors are all super nice. Some are long time owners, others are young renters, other homes are full-time Air B and B's. Say hello and ask for suggestions! And, be respectful of your late-night noise. This is a real NEIGHBORHOOD so be a good neighbor! Fun is great! Crazy is not. I have to see these people when you depart and I return. They have my number to call if things get out of hand.
