Our cozy 1940's newly renovated cottage is centrally located in East Hill, in a safe and vibrant neighborhood, 10 minutes from downtown and next to the Bay Bridge for a quick 10 minute ride to Pensacola Beach. The airport is a short 10-15 minute drive away! There are two parks nearby, walking distance with basketball courts. Right down the street is the most delicious sandwich shop, pizza place and bakery all at your finger tips. Publix is right down the street for your convenience. Our charming 1940’s cottage has been completely renovated to let you enjoy all of the modern comforts of home as well as holding on to the charm and character of the 1940’s era. Our chef’s kitchen has been updated with all new stainless steel appliances, lighting, and flooring, which takes you into a large formal dining area that seats 6 comfortably and overlooks 2 sliding glass doors which look onto a large timeless backyard deck remodel on one side, and a luxuriously large living room on the other side so you are never out of touch with your family or guests. We can easily accommodate 7 guests with 3 oversized bedrooms each with its own unique characteristics. The master bedroom has a Queen sized bed as well as a comfy sofa to watch TV or just lounge. Another bedroom houses a Queen size bed and the 3rd bedroom offers an adorable Trundle bed that can sleep 3. There is an enormous Laundry room with a brand new state of the art washer and dryer that cleans and dries in a much shorter time than the traditional units and who wants to waste valuable vacation time doing that chore. Our Bathroom has a brand new vanity, toilet, mirror, lighting, and tub with new hardware. If it's a business trip or you just want the privacy of working on your computer, there is a secluded area with a beautiful new desk and office chair. The cottage has free Wi-Fi as well as 4 TV’s for you to enjoy in each bedroom and living room. Our property sits on a huge lot that provides a never ending side driveway that can comfortably accommodate 3 tandem cars so bring your boat and other water toys. The oversized deck off the kitchen and dining area provides easy access to both areas so light up the NEW Barbeque grill and start the feast. There are 8 comfy outdoor chairs in the backyard as well as a large Picnic table with seating for 8 people. Beyond the deck is a huge grassy area to play catch with the kids or just set up any outdoor toys in this home away from home. Your complete satisfaction is paramount to us and we are here to make your trip a wonderful one.
