Cozy holiday home in idyllic surroundings

Cozy holiday home with a long history, centrally located in Skjolden. The house is from the early 1900s and has been in my family since it was built. The house is idyllically located with a view of the fjord and llama farm as the nearest neighbor. The house is well equipped with 3 bedrooms, kitchen, livingroom, bathroom and a large garden. It is very child friendly. With a 30 minutes drive to Jotunheimen and walking distance to the beach. This is the perfect splace to spend a active holiday! The space "Flattun" is 100 years old and has been in the family since it was built by my great-grandfather. The house has a lot of history and a large garden with trampoline and plenty of space to play around. The garden is the perfect place to spend long summer days. The house consists of two floors. The main floor has a kitchen, living room, "chamber" (bedroom no.3) and a bathroom. On the second floor are two bedrooms. One with two single beds and the other with a double bed and a single bed. Other things to note The stairs up to the second floor are quite steep (from year of construction 1929). Both our son (from the age of 5) and his grandparents use the stairs without a problem. But if you have problems with your legs or back etc. it can be difficult to get up to the second floor. Please note this before ordering. The third bedroom (on the main floor) does not have a door to the kitchen. The room is separated from the kitchen with a curtain. If you have any questions, please get in touch.
