Guest access You will have access to the whole studio apartment and it's terrace from check in time at 15:00 until your check out time at 10:00. Please note no early check ins or late check outs are possible. Other things to note ‼️ • Please note, this is a wood built chalet in the Swiss Alps, it is possible you will hear other guests above and them you. • Please be considerate with noise, especially after 22:00 and before 07:00. • The Chalet is located at one of the most sought after viewpoints in the world, which means there are often many tourists in front of the chalet. • The apartment has a maximum of two adult guests. No infants or children are allowed. • The nightly rate includes the Lauterbrunnen Visitor Tax. • We have a shared laundry room in the chalet, which is app operated and costs chf 5 per load, per machine. • The apartment is located in the countryside, so you may come across small harmless things like, bees, ants, wasps, spiders, flies, etc… • Lost Key Charge: 100 Swiss Francs • The house uses a heating system that provides hot water to the radiators throughout the house. In summer, usually sometime in late May, the system has a thermometer that will prevent heat from being sent to the radiators if the ambient temperature does not go below room temperature. It is an automatic system. • We reserve the right to refuse all 3rd party bookings.
