Bali North Beach Bed & Breakfast - Ocean Side Room

The B&B is on a beautiful beach, Bali NE coast. A quiet, friendly traditional Hindu community. The Guesthouse includes 2 large suites, w private baths, outdoor Sitting/Dining areas, & Privacy. The Guesthouse Rooms may be rented together or separate, either is private. Described here is the guest house & rooms. The rooms are listed together and separately. See "the Space" for more info. NOTE: EACH SUITE IS LARGE ENOUGH FOR 3 ADULTS OR 2 ADULTS + 2 CHILDREN BUT 4 ADULTS WOULD BE VERY TIGHT. The space As stated in the "listing description" The villa may be rented entirely or the 2 suites rented separately, either way your room, bath, sitting/dining area will be completely separate and private. The two suites are identical and both provides a outstanding view of the ocean, the "Ocean Side" is closer to the ocean, and the "Ocean View" is closer to the pool. The "Entire Villa" rents both rooms (there is a connecting door, lockable on both sides) Please review the complete descripting and photos, we are confident you will be glad you did. To be clear, we offer you the REAL bed and breakfast, not just a room. A modest breakfast (Fried eggs, omelet, toast, etc) is included in the room rate, but if you want something else, we offer you a variety of breakfast items with affordable prices. Either way, our cook, Iluh, will prepare your breakfast to order. She is a great cook . She will make your stomach worry free with choices of lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages based on a extensive Asian/European/US menu. The Bali North Beach BNB (BNBBNB) is located on a 3000m2 tropical landscape garden directly on the beach/Bali sea, the compound offer you a total privacy while enjoying a beautiful pool and patio area and great relaxation, also for those who love to enjoy massages, the Bale Bengong (Balinese word for outdoor massage/relaxation pavilion) just by the ocean gate, is the place for you to get one. Most of the time the beach is very private, almost no one there “blocking” your view to the ocean or your beach /ocean space. There are times when local people flock to the beach for some Hindu ceremony. Hey! After all It is an opportunity for those who love eyeing local culture and traditions to enjoy and enrich their local knowledges. The 16 x 5 m size swimming pool is for the guests of the two rental suites to enjoy and share. the pool is cleaned and taken care of on the daily basis by Nyoman our pool guy, who is also the manager of the villa Your space will be cleaned on a daily basis unless of course, you don’t want to. The housekeeper, Ketut, will be happy to make the bed, supply fresh towels, etc just so your stay with us will be more enjoyable. She is also the one who do the laundry for you for small fees There are only TWO RENTAL ROOMS on site. ((please don’t be confused if you see from the areal picture of the compound, there are more than two. Currently the one bedroom in the main house of the compound is not to be rented, but the other room (still in the main house) is to be rented by request)) Each room is totally private including a large bedroom, private en-suite bathroom with shower, outside sitting area and your private koi pond. The main dining area is at the main house of the compound facing the swimming pool. (you always have the to option eat/drink at the main table, the pool, the Bali Bengong, or on your private patio.) You may rent one or both but the way AIRBNB works we are forced us to list them separately, so if you want both (the entire guesthouse) please be sure to use that listing for the discount. The room nearest the ocean is listed as “Bali North Beach BNB- Ocean Side” and the one furthest from the ocean is listed as “Bali North Beach BNB – Ocean View “ but actually both have a view of the ocean and the same amenities including a private koi pond. Each room has a drying rack and a shared mini kitchen to make instant coffee or tea. It is also internet , a TV and a ¾ size refrigerator equipped. There is an air condition (AC) in every room . Currently you will not find a photo of a day bed in each room but each room will have a day bed along with the queen size bed that already exists. A day bed will provide enough sleeping place for two extra guests. For those who want to come with a large group and think two bedrooms are not enough, we have a third bedroom available in the main house, as we already mentioned it early. Normally we don’t rent it out but exception is always there. This room also has a private bath and entrance, has also a view to the ocean but a better view to the pool as well as the same amenities as the other two with the exception of the day bed. If your group is this large, write us a message and we will send you a special off to cover all three rooms. Breakfast and the daily room cleaning is included in the rate but additional meals and laundry is available for a reasonable fee. We will gladly provide a sample menu , just let us know. We are here, the cook, the housekeeper, the gardener and the general manager to serve you with anything you possibly need to make your stay with us an enjoyable and memorable one! Please Note; The common grounds (pool, master dining area, Bale Bengongs, & yard) is shared with other guests (maximum 3 rooms) and the Villa owners (2 adults). There are also two golden retrievers (Extremely friendly and playful) at the villa, SeaDog born Feb 2022 & GoGo born August 2023. The dogs can be kept isolated from the guests in the owners private area in the event guests are afraid of dogs, don’t like dogs, or would just rather they not be around, it is no problem. Guest access The Villa is about 2.5 hours from the bali airport. Given advance notice we can have you picked up for a fee. At this time that would be around 800,000 Rp or $50 usd. If you drive there is ample parking. We will provide detailed directions to the villa once you book, but it is on the north-east shore of Bali. G-map locater " RFF7+WW West Tianyar, Karangasem Regency, Bali " will get you to the place on G-maps. There is not a uber or lyft here and the Indonesian equivalent, Gojek, doesn't operate in this area but no worries, the cooks husband, Made, is a excellent driver and charges reasonable rates for full or 1/2 day outings. If you do bring a car there is ample on site parking (free of course) During your stay The staff will take great care of you but we are almost always here if you should need anything. Other things to note Our Ocean just in front of the villa is a nice place to snorkel. We have spotted some small fishes and if you are lucky you can spot big size turtles and also nice corals if you go further away to the ocean about 200 or 300 m away. Further west is Lovina, noted for dolphin watching. We also not far away from the famous mountain and lake Batur. Some previous guests enjoyed to do the sunrise hike to Batur mountain ,it will take them about 6 hours to do so by waking up at 2 am early morning and be ready in the villa again by 8 am to enjoy breakfast at the villa. Also, there are natural hotsprings nearby to enjoy, The famous Toya de pasya and Batur natural hotsprings . Other spots to enjoy not far from the villa are water falls. BTW, if you fancy going out on a fish boat we can talk to one of the neighbors. They are usually ready to make a few bucks. All the money goes to them, not us. About 50 meters down the beach there is a warung (small local café) that provides alcohol and meals. This is an alternative for you as a short escape from the compound while still enjoying the ocean breeze. We are on the north-east coast, to our east is Tulamben , the famous spots for diving and snorkling (where you can do the wreck diving to see the USN Liberty shipwreck) just about 20 minutes drive from the villa Before we forget to mention , a massage service will be provided by request at least 1 day in advance. We have another Iluh for a massage girl. She is a great massageur but isnt an employee so must be scheduled in advance. Also for a driver service, we have Made, the cook’s husband , he will get you to where you want and even provide guide service to natural spots nearby as he was previously an adventure guide. Any payment goes directly to them ,we don’t ask for or receive a commission . Presently a 60 minutes massage is Rp 120.000 or about USD 9, a 90 min is Rp 180.000, or USD 14. As for a drive service, it will depend on how long you use the service like a half-day service or full-day service, also on how much is for the gas price. Presently, a drive to the airport from the villa is Rp 800.000, or USD 56 No smoking is allowed inside the rooms, but most of our living space is outside and smoking is perfectly OK but we kindly ask you to please use an ashtray and not the ground or ocean for your butts.
