Great transport links and parking on drive. Enclosed rear garden is a beautiful space to enjoy sunny evenings eating and entertaining. PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately our shower is currently out of action, but we have a lovely decent sized bath that fills quickly. It is our home and we look forward to welcoming you. Lounge Large and very comfortable corner sofa, with a relaxing woodland mural to enjoy. Smart TV as well as a 92 inch home cinema with surround sound speakers. Books and games for guests to enjoy. Dining room This room is full of plants and pictures. It has a dining table to seat 6, as well as a sofa and large chair that transform into a 2 seater and 1 seater sofa bed respectively. This room also opens out onto the back garden which provides a lot of light into the space. Back garden Beautiful outside space at the rear of the house with sunshine throughout the day and evening. Patio area with garden furniture (table and 6 chairs) and large parasol. Lots of beautiful plants and a play area for children with climbing frame, slide swings, play house and toys. There is also a large trampoline at the side of the house for children to enjoy. Kitchen Everything you need, including a proper coffee machine. Downstairs toilet Upstairs bathroom Light and spacious bathroom with toilet and decent sized bath. Perfect for getting kids ready for bed and unwinding after a long day. Dedicated wardrobe and drawer space for guests. Desk and office chair with monitor for those who need to do some laptop work whilst away. Bedroom 3 Colourful room with single bed, chest of drawers and shelving unit full of children's books and toys available for use. There is also another single pull-out bed available in this room (with proper mattress) bringing the house's total capacity up to six if needed. Driveway Secure off street parking large enough for one large car at side of house.
