The bedroom can be closed off with blackout curtains and has its own wall-mounted TV. There is a kitchenette with farmhouse sink, microwave, coffee maker, larger style mini-fridge and breakfast island. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The living room includes a leather pull out sofa, 50" HD Smart TV and an original NES Classic Nintendo console. We have two dogs. They will not be loose on the property but you may see them inside the back yard fence. Guest access Access is granted through a keypad lock. Guests will receive a unique key code prior to arrival. No need to download an app. Other things to note Guests with service animals need to be present with their animals at all times. Service animals are not to be left alone in the unit. Although not required we do encourage guests to let us know if a service animal will be accompanying them on their trip.
