The apartment is located on the shores of Lake Paranoá. The balcony does NOT have a view of the lake, but it is in the main block N of the Life Resort - on the ground floor there is a pizzeria, restaurants, a convenience store, a beauty salon, and easy access to the pool and lawn. IMPORTANT: we kindly ask you to inform us, up to 24 hours before check-in, of the full name, ID and telephone number for authorization to enter the condominium and apartment (concierge and reception). The space The cozy 24 sq. meter apartment is ideal for 2 guests to be comfortable. We offer an extra single mattress, ideal for a child or a third guest. The flat is equipped with Wi-Fi, a kitchen with a cooktop, a scrubber, basic utensils, a microwave, a refrigerator, and a washer and dryer. It also has a hammock, extra mattress (single), hairdryer, iron, Smart TV - with access to Netflix, DisneyPlus, GloboPlay, YouTube and open channels. Other things to note • Pool operation: - Open Tuesday to Sunday, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. - Closed on Mondays for maintenance. - The swimming pool is NOT heated. - Private gym, for more information - Studio Wellness (IG: studiowellnessbsb) • Life Nautica: Offers rental, sale and lessons of SUP (stand up paddle), kayak and Hawaiian canoe.
