Centralized hot/cold climate control throughout the house. Living room opens to kitchen with an American bar with high benches where you can make your meals. Comfortable sofa and 32" Smart TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, induction cooktop, refrigerator, kettle, toaster, juice squeezer, and Nespresso coffee machine with a welcome coffee set always included. You'll also have all the necessary kitchenware to cook during your stay. Quality towels and sheets are always included and available to our customers at no cost. COMMUNITY POOL in the rooftop area June to September only!!!! Guest access The building has an entrance hall that gives access to the elevator/stairs to access our apartment on the first floor. On the shared roof we have a solarium A SHARED POOL FROM JUNE TO SEPTEMBER!!!!!!! Other things to note The apartment is in the most downtown area of the city and in a pedestrian area. Surrounded by the entire traditional shopping area and with plenty of restaurants and cafes just a few meters away, but with the peace of mind of not having any such business on our own little street. The closest place to access by car or taxi will be until the beginning of Calle Cuna and then walk 2 minutes to the apartment. COMMUNITY POOL in the rooftop area, only from June to September!!!!
