Book now for the perfect getaway! The space Our condo has been beautifully renovated with your comfort in mind. It features a fully stocked kitchen, modern appliances, a washer/dryer combo, central air conditioning, and two full bathrooms, each with a spacious walk-in shower. The building offers both an elevator and stairway access for convenience. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and ample storage. The second bedroom has two comfortable full-size beds, while the living room features a sleeper sectional couch set and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views. For entertainment, we've furnished the unit with brand-new smart TVs offering streaming services like Netflix and Amazon, as well as cable channels! In cooler months, open the balcony doors to enjoy the refreshing ocean breeze! We also provide beach essentials, including towels, chairs, pool noodles, and a cooler. Guests have access to both resort pools (East and West), with the West pool featuring a spa/jacuzzi next to the Twisted Tuna. A grill is available near the pool deck with a required one-week advance reservation and a $50 deposit. Alternatively, Carlin Park—just a 10-minute walk or 2-minute drive away—offers free charcoal grills, a scenic beach, and nature trails, making it the perfect spot for a family outing. Guest access Seamless Check-In: The front door is equipped with a keypad lock, and a unique access code will be provided on the day of check-in via Airbnb message! Exclusive Access: Guests will have the entire two-bedroom condo to themselves. Pool Access: Guests can enjoy the resort pools using the provided pool key! Guest Registration: Once the booking is confirmed, please provide your email to complete the Jupiter Bay Guest Registration Form, which is required for parking permits. Parking: One (1) complimentary parking permit is included for a single vehicle on the premises. Any additional vehicles will require an HOA permit with a one-time fee of $25 per vehicle. Other things to note HOA Registration: After booking, all guests must complete the Jupiter Bay Condominium Association (HOA) Guest and Lease Registration Form. This will be sent via email on DocuSign after booking, so please ensure your email address is correct. ID Requirement: A clear photo of a valid driver's license or government-issued ID is required for the HOA registration. Parking Information: A parking permit is needed for your personal or rental vehicle. Please provide the make, model, and license plate number. If you are renting a vehicle, you can submit these details on the day of check-in! Additional Vehicles: Each additional vehicle requires a separate parking permit, which includes submitting an extra driver’s license and a one-time $25 permit fee per vehicle. House Rules: We kindly ask that no parties or large gatherings be held. Vehicle Restrictions: Commercial vehicles and pickup trucks over a half ton are not permitted to park overnight.
