Maldegem, cozy house (near Bruges, Sluis, coast)

Relax in my cozy home. Renovated room for 2 guests with air conditioning on the floor. Ground floor: basic and old. Kitchen: can be used for cooking at an additional cost per stay. Parking right in front of the house, not in front of the gate please. Lots of privacy. Rural location, beautiful views at the back and front of the house. Close to the coast, Sluis, Bruges, Ghent. No bus stop nearby. SMALL fridge + freezer, microwave oven. Smoking: outside on the terrace. Shower without hot water. The space Small cottage, lots of light. Quietly located, sunny terrace. Bedroom for the guests is at the top of the stairs. There is an air conditioner that can blow both cold and warm air. There is a comfortable double sofa bed with 2 mattresses on top of each other. Other rooms are located on the ground floor. Guest access Bathroom, living room, kitchen, terrace, bedroom on the first floor. Other areas are private areas for myself (no access). The backyard is also not accessible to guests. You enter the house through the front door. In that room, you can also place your bicycle(s). In the kitchen, there is always stable hot water available. In the shower, the hot water sometimes drops out, and then it is necessary to turn the tap off and back on. So don't expect a hot shower. During your stay There is a folder with information in the living room or bedroom, which contains important information about the house and the check-out procedure. I will come to the location in case of emergency or if guests wish. I am there daily, but am mainly in the garden to give the guests sufficient privacy. Other things to note Outdated ground floor, this will be renovated later. The bedroom has been renovated and is perfectly in order and very tidy. The basic price is aimed at 1 to 2 people who use the double bed in the guest room. If necessary, up to 4 people can stay, but you will discuss this with me in advance. Additional price per person per night will be charged.
