The space The Treehouse is a private, fully furnished, top-floor guest studio with a dedicated entrance and no shared walls. It includes: • Open-plan studio with queen bed & twin trundle (in the same room) • Separate kitchenette • Huge private deck with gazebo, fireplace, and string lights • Private balcony with views • Dedicated heating & A/C unit • Recently painted using Zero VOC paint • High-speed secured Wi-Fi Perfect for 2 adults and a child. Several guests have extended their stays due to the comfort and peacefulness. ⸻ Parking • 1 driveway spot for small to midsize vehicles • Large vehicles, trucks, or SUVs must park across the street by the wall • No RVs, trailers, or campers (narrow street with no turn-around space) Guest access • Entire private floor with gated entrance • Shared laundry in garage • No unregistered overnight guests without prior approval • BBQs with a couple of friends are welcome — just no parties or loud gatherings • Strictly no parties or events • Max 3–5 people total on the property at any time Other things to note • Shower only — no baths due to prior overflow issues • Pets only allowed for guests displaced by wildfires • No additional guests unless approved in advance • Firepits and BBQs are restricted during fire season • No RVs, trailers, or campers allowed
