Everything is newly renovated and beautifully decorated with upmarket finishes. The ground floor living area (6 seater dining & lounge area) opens onto a spacious open private garden with a sea view. Here you will find a gas braai and Weber and an 8 seater table. There is also a guest loo on this level. On the upper level there are 3 bedrooms with queen beds, two of which have beautiful sea views. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a second shared bathroom for the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. Here you will also find the washing machine and tumble dryer. Bedroom 2 also has a desk for those needing to do some work during their stay. The Wi-Fi is on a UPS so should cover all your internet needs during load shedding. There is access to Netflix, Apple TV and Amazon Prime for those rainy days. Guest access Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment. No areas are shared with neighbours. Other things to note There are monkeys in the area, please keep food stored out of sight. When leaving the house, please close the doors to avoid being ransacked by monkeys - all windows have monkey proof bars.
