Our condo is located less than 4 miles to Sugar Mountain and 5 miles from Beech Mountain Ski Resort Our space is perfect for two families to enjoy or one family with the opportunity to all spread out. The condo has it's own private entrance and is located on the top floor of a two-unit complex. It is so nice to sit on the private balcony and watch the traffic and action in Downtown Banner Elk while also getting to enjoy mountain views The space 3 bedrooms and 2 full bath condo. Master Bedroom- King Bed. Guest Room- Queen Bed. Guest Room- 4 Twin Beds. 2 futons. TVs in living room and master bedroom 4 Wheel drive required in the winter Guest access 2 parking spaces. Park in front of the B1 space. Two cars permitted with one car directly behind the other. Private entrance with code Other things to note 4wheel drive required for winter months.
