Must be house trained, no aggressive and clean up all waste. Pets not allowed on furniture or bedding. YOU WILL BE CHARGED DOR EXCESS CLEANING FEES. ○ Noise Aware Monitors: We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. ○ We will send one warning of noise after that could result in heavy fines starting at $800 and kicked out of the home with zero refund. In addition to City-imposed fines which can reach up to $10,000 per violation and can be removed from the property due to negligence. ○ Excessive cleaning charge $300 we will send photos if reported from our cleaners.
