Private room for 3 persons located on the 3rd floor of the historical building in the centre of Prague without elevator. Apartment consist of three private rooms (4-bed room and 2x 3-bed room). You can book also the whole apartment - let me know. In the shared living room there is fully equipped kitchen with the basic equipment (fridge, microwave own, kettle, cooker, dishes) and sitting area. There is one bathroom with shower, sink, mirror which is shared and separated toilet. View to street. Our building is a historical one without elevator and traditional style of the apartments. There is a restaurant on the ground floor with traditional czech food and beer with beer garden. We offer tours such as beer tour, pub crawl, city tours, boat party and more. Towels are not prepared in the room but it’s possible to borrow a towel at the reception for a refundable deposit 5€ or 100 czk in cash. We also require key deposit which is refundable at check-out – in cash 10€ or 200 czk. Other things to note At arrival we require payment of City Fee which is 50czk/2€/person/night. Collection of the Fee is governed by Act No. 565/1990 Coll., on Local Fees, as amended, and by the generally binding Decree No. 27/2003 Coll. of the City of Prague, on the Local Fee for Spa or Recreational Stay, as amended. Administration of the Fee is governed by Act No. 280/2009 Coll., the Tax Code, as amended.
