This is beachside living at its best! This beautiful property was renovated in January 2022. House is located only a few hundred steps from the beach and all the entertainment on Flagler Avenue. Just a short walk from Flagler shops including, restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream shops, bars, and of course, THE BEACH! We welcome you to our home for your next beach getaway at Cedar By The Sea. The space This home sleeps up to 7 furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 queen futon. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic essentials including a Keurig coffee maker, blender and pots and pans. There is a 55" Smart TV in the living room with cable service through the Spectrum App and a 43" Smart TV in the master bedroom. Dining room seats 8 and the table can be extended to accommodate more. There is a washer and dryer on site. Backyard has a couch and love seat and some chairs around a fire pit for the cooler evenings. Guest access Driveway and front of house parking will accommodate at least 3 vehicles. This house is just a short 3-5 minute walk to all Flagler Ave Shops and the beach. Other things to note House will be accessed by Smart Lock via a numeric code.
