Who wants to feel like they are in an enchanted garden, yet they are still less than 10 minutes from downtown Nashville? This Red Barn Loft has so much character. Whether you want a romantic weekend trip with your spouse, on a trip with your favorite gals, or traveling solo, we hope that you enjoy your time here. This space was renovated in June 2017, always being updated & very private. It has a separate entrance off of our home, and bonus, you won't even know we are here ! The space - The studio apartment is about 240sq. feet & has been completely renovated. - Parking: shared single driveway out front with space for two cars. - Loft is located at the back of the house upstairs. There is a shared door between the loft and the laundry room that still allows privacy and is locked at all times. From your side, and ours. - Private entrance & keycode given upon arrival. - Must be able to climb stairs, as room is located on the second level. - Private porch with small bench and chair seating for four. - Access to sitting area in the garden with the twinkling lights. - Television equipped with AT&T cable - Three Beds: 1 Queen with Memory Foam Mattress & one twin trundle pull out couch with twin underneath both have Memory Foam toppers. - All beds protected with mattress covers. - Closet with hangers - Plugs with extra usb portal - Dispensers for shampoo, conditioner, and soap in shower - Everything cleaned with eco-friendly products and no harmful chemicals. - small attic space in room and work garage below are secured for homeowner use only. - open kitchen has new appliances (mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, blender, crockpot), utensils, plates, & glasses with everything available for your use. - Coffee Maker with coffee & creamer - Diffuser (essential oils provided) - sound machine available for use - box fan available for use Lastly, we are close to some great local restaurants and bars like Hattie B's Hot Chicken, the Nation's Bar and Grill, Coco's Italian Market, Fifty-First Kitchen and Bar, The Centennial Bar, House: a Social Eatery, and Bobby's Dairy Dip, & Blue Moon Cafe, Frothy Monkey (off 51st), 51st kitchen, Taqueria Del Sol, Blue Moon Grill (on the water & open seasonal) & more! There is a market in walking distance to the house & a new bowling & curling place just opened called Teeline. It is only a short 4 minute walk :-) Guest access You will be able to park in our shared driveway and be able to pull right up to the staircase to enter the rental. You will never be blocked in. Other things to note No parties. This is also our personal home. No outside guests unless listed on reservation. No smoking on the premises at all. If there is ANY damage to the property, let us know ASAP.
